TTS 520E Trommel

The TTS 520E Trommel Screen is a fully electric, two-fraction drum screener that features an innovative Load Sensing System to minimize fuel consumption. A mains electric connection point means the diesel electric power configuration can be switched off if a power supply is available. Purpose-built for the customer, this trommel screen system features a design that allows for an easy drum change. This is done so by opening the side cladding through a hydraulic system. With no auger in the drum, there is no forced conveying, which guarantees an optimum end product. The trommel screen is designed and manufactured to process the heaviest materials such as compost material, wood, sand and gravel, soil and pre-crushed waste.

Due to the multitude of possible settings for the screening process such as material feed rate, drum speed and inclination angle, a great variety of materials can be screened on site according to customer requirements. A one-piece fines discharge conveyor eliminates spillage and reduces operator downtime.
